Nature of the Website

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It stores no official custody or court records and cannot confirm a person's status, release anyone, or submit documents to an agency.

Its purpose is to help visitors navigate Owyhee County and Idaho jail, release, and corrections resources, along with optional tools operated by outside providers.

Acceptable Use

• Use the site only in compliance with applicable law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not base employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content.
• Do not attempt to enter accounts, servers, or restricted areas without authorization.
• Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with access or operation for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use its information for:

• Hiring, discipline, or termination decisions
• Housing or tenant screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance decisions
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections sites, public-record resources governed by Idaho Code Title 74, legal resources, or commercial search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control an outside service's content, privacy practices, data handling, availability, or terms, which visitors should review separately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Idaho.

Severability
